When you contact us
Include your registered name, account email, and any relevant transaction IDs.
Never send your SSN, full card number, or password.
For fraud, add "URGENT - FRAUD" to your subject line for priority handling.
We verify your identity before discussing account details, and all communications are encrypted and logged for compliance.
