Your Kashu profile stores the personal and contact details tied to your account. Keeping it current ensures access, proper notifications, and compliance with banking regulations.
Step-by-step
Log in at app.kashupay.com and go to Settings → Profile.
Edit your phone number, email, residential address, or business details.
Verify. Kashu sends a one-time code for sensitive updates. Enter it to confirm.
Save. Select Save Changes. A confirmation email follows.
Notes
KYC rules: changing your name, SSN, or birth date requires new identity verification documents.
Mismatched profile and card-issuer records may cause transfer failures.
Business accounts may need updated corporate records.
