Linking or removing cards and banks: $0
Moving or sending money
Access your credit: 8.5% one-time platform fee.
Payment reversals or cancellations: $0 (case-by-case via support).
Withdrawing to your bank
Standard transfer (2-3 business days): $0
Failed withdrawal due to incorrect info: $0 (though delays may occur).
Additional notes
If partner banks or card networks raise costs, Kashu may adjust fees with 30 days' advance notice.
Some issuers (for example, Amex, Chase, Citi) restrict cash-equivalent transactions. Kashu alerts you if a transaction is blocked. See Limits & Access.
Ensure your bank account is open and active before sending an ACH.
