If documents or confirmation are required, you’ll see instructions there.
2. Verify Your Identity (KYC)
For new or high-value transfers, Kashu may request ID, SSN, or proof of address.
Upload requested documents promptly in the app.
3. Confirm Bank Details
Ensure the receiving bank account information is accurate.
A failed or mismatched account can delay release.
4. Respond to Bank or Card Issuer Alerts
If your card issuer or bank flagged the transfer, approve it directly with them.
Some issuers block cash-equivalent transactions until verified.
5. Contact Support if Needed
If your payment has been on hold longer than:
3 business days for standard transfers, or
1 hour for instant transfers,
reach out to Kashu Support for review.
