Overview
A chargeback happens when your card issuer reverses a Kashu transaction after you or your bank dispute it. The resolution process is regulated by card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and may take several weeks. Kashu works with your bank to investigate, provide documentation, and return funds when appropriate.
Key points:
Chargeback timelines are set by card networks and banks.
Most cases are resolved within 30–90 days.
You’ll receive updates as the process moves forward.
