Overview
As an MRP, you earn recurring commissions based on the processing volume of the merchants you refer. Commissions are paid monthly for approved merchants who are actively processing with Kashu Pay.
How commissions work
You earn when a merchant applies through your unique referral link, is approved through underwriting, and begins actively processing. Earnings are based on the merchant's monthly processing volume, their active status, and the structure in your Partner Terms.
When commissions are paid
Calculated monthly and paid on a monthly schedule.
Sent by direct deposit to your registered bank account.
You must remain in good standing to receive payouts.
If a merchant stops processing
Your commission adjusts with active processing volume. If a merchant stops, is paused, is terminated for compliance reasons, or decreases volume, your commission adjusts accordingly. Commissions are only paid on approved, actively processing merchants.
Track your activity
View activity in the MRP portal: commission confirmations, merchant status updates, and payout confirmations. For details on a specific merchant, contact your dedicated account manager.
Compliance
Commission payments are subject to merchant approval, active processing status, the Affiliate & Partner Terms, and fraud, chargeback, and regulatory review. Promote Kashu accurately, avoid guaranteeing approval or pricing, and direct merchants to Kashu for underwriting.
