Overview
As a Kashu Merchant Referral Partner (MRP), you earn recurring commissions based on the processing volume of merchants you refer.
Commissions are paid monthly for approved merchants who are actively processing payments with Kashu.
If you ever need details about a specific referral, your dedicated Account Manager can provide clarification.

How Commissions Work
You earn commissions when:
A merchant applies through your unique referral link
The merchant is approved through underwriting
The merchant begins actively processing payments
Your earnings are based on:
The merchant’s monthly processing volume
Their active status
The agreed commission structure under your Partner Terms
The more merchants you refer, and the more they process, the higher your recurring income.
When Are Commissions Paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly
Payouts are issued on a monthly schedule
Payments are sent via direct deposit to your registered bank account
You must remain in good standing as a partner to receive payouts.
What If a Merchant Stops Processing?
Your commission adjusts based on active processing volume. If a merchant:
Stops processing
Is paused
Is terminated for compliance reasons
Decreases processing volume
Your commission will adjust accordingly. Commissions are only paid on approved and actively processing merchants.
How Are Referrals Tracked?
Referrals are attributed through your unique referral link. When a merchant:
Clicks your link
Submits an application
Is approved
They are associated with your partner account.
While a full partner dashboard will be introduced in the future, you currently receive:
Commission confirmations
Merchant status updates
Payout confirmations
For detailed tracking or questions about a specific merchant, contact your dedicated Account Manager or email [email protected].
