How to send money to my bank account

If partner banks or card networks increase costs, Kashu may adjust fees with 30 days’ advance notice.

Kashu does not decide how your bank classifies transactions. Please check your cardholder agreement for details on fees or reclassifications.

If your bank is not found on plaid, please reach out to our support or connect another bank account. Please ensure that your account is open and active before sending an ACH.

Some card issuers (e.g., Amex, Chase, Citi) place restrictions on cash-equivalent transactions. Kashu will alert you if a transaction is blocked. See policies here.
