Overview
If you’re having trouble linking your credit or debit card to Kashu, it may be due to security requirements, issuer restrictions, or incorrect information. Kashu uses industry-standard encryption and card network integrations, so any failure typically comes from the card issuer declining the authorization.
Key Points
All card linking requests go through your issuing bank or card provider.
Kashu cannot override issuer restrictions.
Most errors can be fixed by verifying details or contacting your bank.
