How to Add Funds
Open the Kashu App
First, you will need to add a card
If you have cards added then on the home page select "Transfer in"
Select Card to Charge & Enter Amount
Specify how much you want to add.
Kashu will display all fees and delivery options upfront.
Confirm & Authenticate
Review the summary screen and agree to the Terms & Conditions
Authenticate with your PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint.
Hit "Submit Payment"
Funds will appear in your Kashu Wallet once processed.
Policies & Restrictions
You must complete identity verification (KYC) before funding your wallet.
Kashu supports U.S. residents with valid SSNs. ITINs are not accepted at this time.
Some funding types (e.g., gambling, unapproved crypto, debt repayment) are restricted due to card network rules.
Incorrect bank details may delay transfers, but Kashu does not charge failed-funding fees.
Security
Bank-grade encryption secures all transfers.
Fraud Shield monitors unusual activity to keep your wallet safe.
Kashu never stores your full card or bank credentials.

Compliance Statement
All wallet activity is governed by Kashu’s Terms of Service, User Agreement, Privacy Policy and applicable financial regulations.
To protect your funds and maintain regulatory compliance, Kashu may request identity verification, review wallet transactions, or place temporary restrictions when required by law or security standards.
