How do I view my available balance?

Step-by-Step: Viewing Your Balance

  1. Log In to Kashu

    • Open the Kashu app or website.

  2. Go to Wallet

    • Select the Wallet tab from the main navigation.

  3. Check Available Balance

    • Your available balance is displayed at the top of the Wallet screen.

    • Breakdown:

      • Available Balance: Cash you can move or spend immediately.

      • Pending Transactions: Amounts still processing or on hold.

      • Total Converted: The total funds converted from your credit cards.

  4. Review Transaction History

    • Scroll down to see recent transactions.

    • Each entry shows whether funds are available, pending, or on hold.


Policies & Restrictions

Allowed

  • Checking balances at any time through your Wallet.

  • Viewing real-time updates after transfers, conversions, or refunds.

  • Exporting transaction logs upon request.

Prohibited

  • Attempting to manipulate displayed balances.

  • Assuming pending funds are spendable before settlement.


Issuer Cautions

  • Card Holds: Some banks place temporary holds on funds during disputes or unusual activity.

  • Settlement Delays: Instant transfers usually reflect within seconds, but some banks may take up to 24 hours.

  • Business Accounts: Certain issuers restrict when converted credit becomes available.

  • Monitor your balance frequently to track liquidity.

  • Report discrepancies or unauthorized activity immediately to [email protected].

  • Keep connected cards in good standing to avoid declined conversions.
