Provide the email address linked to your Kashu account.
Check Your Email
You will receive a secure reset link.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
Didn't Get The Reset Email?
Check spam
Ensure you registered email is active
Try again after 15 minutes
Click the Reset Link
The link will direct you to a secure Kashu page.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Complete Verification (if prompted)
For your security, Kashu may request 2FA confirmation before the change is applied.
Login With Your New Password
Return to the website and sign in.
Policies & Restrictions

Resetting your password whenever you forget it.
Using a strong, unique password (minimum 8 characters, letters + numbers).
Enabling 2FA or biometric login after reset for added protection.
❌ Prohibited
Sharing reset links with anyone.
Using common or weak passwords (e.g., “123456,” “password”).
Attempting to reset another person’s account.
Issuer Cautions
If your bank or card issuer detects unusual login activity, they may place temporary holds. Kashu Support can provide confirmation, but resolution may require direct contact with your issuer.

Update any saved logins in your devices or browsers.
Immediately notify Kashu Support if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Kashu Practices
All reset links are one-time use and expire after a short period.
Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
Biometric login (Face ID, fingerprint) can be re-enabled after a reset.
