Step-by-Step: Getting Help

  1. Check the Help Center

    • Search for guides at kashupay.com/help.

    • Articles are available on account setup, payments, fees, disputes, and security.

  2. Send an Email Request

    • Do not include SSNs, full card numbers, or passwords. Only include your registered name, account email, and relevant transaction IDs

    • Include the phrase 'URGENT – FRAUD’ in your subject line to ensure priority handling.

Policies & Restrictions

Allowed

  • General support inquiries (account, payments, profile updates).

  • Requests for account closure, data export, or deletion under privacy laws.

  • Reporting failed, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions.

  • Support requests must be submitted by the verified account holder only.

Prohibited

  • Sending sensitive login details, passwords, or full card numbers over email. Kashu will never request these by email or phone.

  • Using false or misleading information when submitting a request.

  • Submitting multiple duplicate requests for the same issue (may delay resolution).

Issuer Cautions

  • Some issues (e.g., declined credit card transactions, cash-equivalent flags) may be driven by your card issuer’s own rules.

  • Kashu Support can provide documentation, but resolution may require direct contact with your bank.

Security & Compliance

User Responsibilities

  • Do not share login credentials or one-time codes with anyone (including individuals claiming to be “Kashu Support”).

  • Report suspected fraud immediately to [email protected].

  • Use only your own verified cards and accounts when contacting support.

  • Sensitive data is encrypted and processed only according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Support staff will verify your identity before discussing account details.
